Petition about halting a marriage, 1928
In January 7, 1928, Sakinah Sultan Khanum, the daughter of Haj Muhammad Aqa the textile maker, was deceived into marrying Hasan Aqa. The writer and Aqa Mirza ‘Abd al-‘Ali were summoned to perform the marriage and they refused to proceed without permission from the girl's father, confiscated the mahr letter and returned the girl to her father's house.

Marriage contract of Qamar Sultan Khanum, the daughter of Mirza Muhammad Khan Munshi Bashi, and Mirza Hasan Khan Mukarram al-Sultan, the son of Aqa Muhammad Sadiq Aqa the merchant from Kashan. The mahr is a Qurʼan, a Kashmir shawl, a diamond ring, and eight hundred tumans. Part of the mahr has been paid and the rest remains the groom's debt. Settlement regarding divorce, 1933
Mir Muhsin Aqa from Ardabil has the power of attorney from his daughter, Halimah Khanum, to settle the following with her husband, Karbalayi Asad Allah, the son of the late Murad ‘Ali from Ardabil: half of her mahr, which includes seventy five tumans, four misqals of gold, and a Qur’an (valued at twelve thousand dinars) in exchange for Halimah Khanum's clothing and other belongings; he also settles the other half of the mahr as well as Halimah Khanum's rights according to Shari‘a in exchange for the divorce; she shall not have any claims regarding her mahr or remuneration.
